For customers

Registration / personal account

Can I be a customer and an executor in the same profile

Yes, in your profile you can choose "log in as customer" or "log in as executor".

Please note that some of the functions are available only to the customer (add cargo), some only to the executor (make an offer for cargo transportation, place a route, place equipment for hire).

Submission of documents

The executor sees the confirmation status of your account when viewing information about you. To increase user trust, verify your account. Full information is provided in the "My data" section.

Photos of your documents will be available only to you and the service administrators.

If there are discrepancies in documents and details, we may contact you to clarify the information. If you provide false information, your profile may be blocked.

My rating

Your rating will be displayed in the request. Please note that if there are negative reviews for strong reasons or complaints about you, the administration of the service reserves the right to block access to your profile forever.

My profile has been blocked

Access to the profile is blocked in cases where:
- you receive complaints and negative feedback from users;
- you violated the terms of use of the papacargo service;
- we noticed suspicious activity; so that your data does not fall into the hands of fraudsters, access to the profile is limited.

To unlock your profile, contact support.

Working with a request for cargo transportation

Add cargo

Cargo is added from the customer account.

Your contacts with additional number will be immediately available to the carrier if you or the carrier have a subscription.

If there are no subscriptions, you can exchange contacts in the chat, which will open after the carrier makes an offer.

Can't create / edit / copy / delete the request / accept / reject an offer

You must be logged in as customer in your profile for these steps. You may be logged in as executor.

The city is issued in different languages, which one to choose

Sometimes, when searching, the same city is displayed, which is written in different languages (for example, Milano, Lombardia and Milan, Lombardy), but on the map both have an identical location. You can choose any spelling, the city will be found when searching for requests and routes in any language.

The locality is missing or indicated incorrectly

The locality in the database are indicated in the local language, English. If your locality is missing or incorrect, please contact us (support@papacargo.com, WhatsApp or Telegram) with the name, region, country, and coordinates of the point (on Google maps, right-click the point and then copy the coordinates by pressing the left button).

Interaction with the executor

Contacts: when open and closed

Your contacts are immediately visible to the carrier if you or the carrier have an active subscription.

If there are no subscriptions, you can exchange contacts in chat (available immediately after receiving an offer from the carrier).

In the chat, it is prohibited to exchange links to other sites, otherwise the service administration reserves the right to block access to your profile and the carrier profile.

Information about the carrier and vehicle

In the window of each offer, when you click on the name of the carrier, information about the carrier and the vehicle is indicated.

This information is also posted on all routes in the Vehicles section.

Carrier's offer

For one request you can accept the offer of one carrier. After this, the request will disappear from the general search, move to the “In Progress” subsection, and you will be able to leave a review about the carrier, and the carrier about you. If the contacts of other carriers who made offers have been opened, they will remain open, but you will not be able to leave a review about another carrier.

How to delete the dialogue / the message

You can't delete messages or dialogues individually. All dialogues are deleted simultaneously with the deletion of your request from your personal account.

How to leave a review about the carrier

We recommend leaving reviews about carriers to help other customers make decisions about specific executor.

You need to accept offer for the "Leave review" button to appear. For one request, you can leave a review about one carrier.

You can only leave review about the carrier that have made an offer to you. If the carrier calls you through open contacts without making an offer in the request, then you cannot leave a review for him.

If the carrier committed any fraudulent actions, you can write to us using any of the contacts provided.

Responsibility for transportation / work performed

We advise you to discuss in detail with the carrier the conditions of transportation, payment, as well as the parameters and nature of the goods. We recommend concluding an agreement with the carrier, if necessary, record the condition of the cargo being transported. Take pictures of the driver identification documents.

When hiring equipment, we recommend you to discuss the planned work with the executor in detail, as well as carefully study the characteristics of the hired equipment before agreeing on the start of work / departure of the equipment to the place of work.

Please note that the papacargo service is not a party to the contract and does not bear any responsibility for transportation, the condition of the cargo, the quality of work performed and mutual settlements between customers and executors/carrier. All issues are resolved directly between you and the executor/carrier.

The points of loading / unloading, or the cities closest to these points, where the driver will pass, are marked in purple.

Payment

Subscriptions and Thanks button

You can buy new packages without waiting for the previous ones to end. In this case, the remaining period is increased by new subscription period each time.

You can check the validity period of subscription in the "My subscriptions" section of your profile.

If you do not have a subscription and you and the executor exchanged contacts in the chat, you can use the Thanks button to thank us) The button is located in the offer window.

Papacargo service does not charge any payment or prepayment for transportation.

For executors

Search and work with a request for cargo transportation

Search cargo in the list and on the map

The parameters that you set in the filter will be saved on each time until you change the search filter again.

When searching on the map, the marks are indicated at the loading point. You can set the points of loading and unloading, set the search radius from the city and enable "same direction cargo", you will see all cargo along the route.

If you have agreed with the customer on transportation, ask him to accept your offer, this way other carriers will no longer be able to open a request. The request will be removed from publication, moved to the “In Progress” subsection, and the opportunity to write a review about each other will appear.

Your phone will be available in the route information, and the customer will be able to contact you immediately.

Please note that the search displays routes with a departure date no later than 3 days. If your route starts later, it will be included in the list of displayed routes 3 days before your route starts.
